CHEFS CLUB BY FOOD & WINE “STAR SERIES,” WELCOMES TWO MICHELIN-STARRED CHEFS FROM FRANCE TO THE RESTAURANT IN MARCH

Chefs Cyril Lignac and Mathieu Pacaud Bring their Award-Winning Cuisine to Aspen

Chefs Club by FOOD & WINE at The St. Regis Aspen Resort announces appearances by two extraordinary Michelin-starred guest chefs at the restaurant in March: Chefs Cyril Lignac and Mathieu Pacaud. Each chef, visiting from Paris, will host intimate, epicurean evenings at the restaurant, showcasing their award-winning French cuisine.

CHEF CYRIL LIGNAC

One of the great modern day chefs of France, Lignac, accompanied by his pastry chef and culinary team, will prepare a multi-course menu for three nights only at Chefs Club by FOOD & WINE.

Lignac is chef/owner of three popular restaurants in Paris: Le Quinzième, Le Chardenoux and Le Chardenoux des Prés, and two patisseries. In 2012, Cyril Lignac received his first Michelin star for his restaurant Le Quinzième. At the same time, GQ magazine recognized his entrepreneurial spirit and his talent for sharing simple pleasures when they named him “Chef of the Year.” This spring, Lignac will release his first cookbook in English.

CHEF MATHIEU PACAUD 

Mathieu Pacaud is chef/co-owner, along with his father, Bernard of the Michelin-three-starred restaurant L‘Ambroisie. A Parisian mainstay of French haute cuisine, L’Ambroisie restaurant lies in the heart of the Marais, Paris’ historical district, at 9 Place des Vosges. The cuisine of Bernard and Mathieu Pacaud is classical, sophisticated and seasonal, composing “an ode to exceptional products.” L’Ambroisie has retained three Michelin stars for more than 20 years.

For two nights only, he will bring his three-star cooking to Chefs Club by FOOD & WINE

For each evening, Sommelier, LeeAnn Kaufman will select complementary wine pairings by some of the finest French winemakers to pair with the menus.

 Chef Cyril Lignac will host three dinners, while Chef Mathieu Pacaud will host two. The schedule is as follows:

Chef Cyril Lignac Wednesday, March 6, Friday, March 8, Saturday, March 9

Chef Mathieu Pacaud Thursday, March 14,  Saturday, March 16

Both chefs will offer a 4-course menu for $150.00 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity. Complementary wine pairings will be offered at an additional cost.
