We LOVE Asie. Frank and family always take care of us every visit. The food is amazing and the service is top notch. You have a lot of restaurant choices in Aspen, Asie is always top on our list.

I have never had such a terrible experience at restaurant in my life as I had with Asie. The waiter overcharged me, and I luckily caught his mistake when I was checking my debit card statement. When I called the restaurant for the first time I had to speak to two different people and I was told that they would fix the problem and get back to me. No one got back to me after a week so I called again, the person I talked to this time said it was no problem and said I would get reimbursed, he also asked me for my debit card information and with hesitation I gave it to him. I waited for two more weeks before calling again (I was not reimbursed) and this time I talked to the waiter who made the billing error. The waiter was so rude and so condescending, I have never been treated with so much disrespect. He said to me "I will pay out of my own pocket just to make you happy," I asked him what he meant by this and he claimed that he could not have made this mistake. This was the first time I have ever disputed any charge in my entire life. After continuing to put me down the waiter then asked if I could give him my debit card information (which doesn't make any sense because if he were paying out of his own pocket he would write a check and wouldn't need this info). Anyways, I told him that I had already given this info to his co-worker during a previous call. I overheard the waiter ask the staff member if I had given it to him and the staff member said "yes, but I lost it." The waiter asked me to give the numbers to him again and I told him that I did not feel comfortable doing this because they already lost my information. The waiter raised his voice at me and I was so upset that I had to hang up. I did not feel like being yelled at any longer for trying to get the money back that was rightfully mine. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Asie is my favorite first stop when I arrive in town. The hot-sour soup is full of flavor, vegetables and mushrooms, and the kitchen is willing to put together any vegetable dish I request. Servers are friendly and efficient.

Asie is a place we've often eaten at which when the weather is great as it was today one can eat well, people watch and enjoy lovely flowers. Colette started off with Vietnamese Spring Rolls with shrimp and chicken satay, both of which came with peanut sauce, while I had the Thai basil chicken with broccoli - as far as I was concerned this was superior food, well-presented and very filling. With a bottle of Yellowtail Shiraz,no bottled water nor desserts or coffee, our bill before the tip was $66.49.

i order noodles w/veggies and asked if they could put the veggies on one side so my god daughter (5yrs) could just eat plain noodles. they went ahead and split it for me which was very nice until i got the bill. they ended up charging for 2 entrees. if i knew they were going to do that i would have ordered something else. $15.00 for a dish of plain noodles is outrageous. i will not be returning to that overpriced restaurant

Asie Restaurant has the best happy hour menu for price & quality. We got our fill of great fresh sushi for unbelievable Aspen prices. They have a sushi bar during happy hour. Each roll was $6.00. We had Tempura Shrimp Roll, Phil Roll, Cucumber, Veg Roll and Spicy Tuna Roll. The entire meal for 2 was $43.60. Each roll were was big. For dessert we had fried green tea icecream. It is the best thing I have ever tasted. My wife said it tastes like an icecream sandwich.

We decided not to venture into town and received delivery from Asie. They arrived sooner than the expected even during the holiday rush. We had miso soup, thai basil chicken, vegetable lo mein, and a sushi roll. The sushi roll was very fresh and excellent. The miso soup could have had more miso flavor. Overall it was good food with quick delivery.

When we arrived around 6 the dining room had that empty feeling but slowly began to fill up and was buzzing by the time we were finished. It's that mysterious effect I have on places. Started with some hot tea and the rock shrimp tempura. The shrimp tempura was a great starter, a little sweet and spicy. Not the typical tempura crispy crunch because after it is tempured it is served tossed in a sweet spicy sauce. Miso Sea Bass for the main paired with the Grand Marnier String Beans. The Bass was good with a nice miso glaze and the string beans were the best I've ever had. The service, although prompt, was a bit rushed and impersonal considering our meal started in a near empty dining room.

Asie take out was generally good quality. The Pad Thai was hot, well seasoned, and ingredients tasted fresh, and contained and excellent quantity of quality shrimp . Delivery was ten minutes later than the committed time when we called in the order. Overall an experience I would definitely repeat.
