I like to think of myself as a coffee connoisseur;)...globally the first thing I do when I visit any city, is to find the BEST coffee...and well, this is by far the BEST coffee in Aspen and the entire Roaring Fork Valley! Rich dark crema, the perfect grind, the perfect temperature...and more...it's the 'god shot' if I've ever had one! The owners are total foodies...and well, their food is definitely a reflection of that. Everything is made on the premises and if possible it's organic and locally sourced. From the patisseries to the paninis to the pastas...I could eat every meal there! The owners are 'ok' too...LOL;)...passionate, committed and hardworking...and they don't 'sugar coat' a thing...but then why would you want to deal with anything but complete honesty? Don't hesitate for a second...this place is not to be missed!!!

By far my favorite coffee shop in Aspen! Love the laid back atmosphere and tons of natural light for meetings or getting work done. The coffee and the food are top notch and it comes out quick as long as they aren't really busy, even then I've never waited more that 10 min. The Bacon Egg Roll is my favorite quick breakfast around. And the Breakfast burrito usually becomes breakfast and lunch...It's Huge! Im not much of a wine drinker, but their wine list is extensive. After talking with John, one of the Owners, he said that the selection is very well rounded and a little eclectic. They are also serving beer, and specialty cocktails. Had a chance to test a few cocktails out while they were experimenting, Vic's Moscow Mule with Homemade Ginger Beer was my favorite! All in all my go to cafe in town! I might have to start stopping by for afternoon drinks this summer!

Victoria's overcharged my debit card!! I tried to correct the issue and Victoria said she would get back to me only she never did. I ended up spending over $9 for a cup of tea! Horrible costumer service! Proceed at your own risk- they may over charge you too!

Slow, expensive and they got it wrong. Serious chip on the shoulder, don't expect anything or you'll get some serious attitude.

After paying $13.25 for a small cup of coffee that I had to pump from a dispenser myself($2.50), an iced chai tea ($5), and two pastries, I noticed that I was charged $.70 for ice. When I questioned why I was charged for ice in my $5 cup of iced chai tea, the cashier told me that it was "policy". Refills for coffee are $1! This place is a huge ripoff!

Whenever my husband and I are in Aspen our first destination is Victoria's. My husband loves their coffee lattes and I love their chai lattes. The chai is by the far the best I've ever had the pleasure to drink. Their food is equally outstanding. Victoria and her husband take a great deal of pride in what they serve. Everything is fresh and has never been microwaved. If you are ever in Aspen try this place - you won't be disappointed.

The best coffee in town! The pastries are quite small, very good, and very expensive. Overall, very high quality at a high price.

The food is great, but the coffee is overpriced (by a lot! Parallel 15 is right near by, all organic, and like 1/3 the price), and all of the staff seems borderline retarded. Only go if you're feeling really patient, are willing to count your change, remind them what you ordered 20 minutes later when they've forgotten to prepare it, and have TONS of time. If you stop in on your way to the mountain on a powder day, you will absolutely regret it.

One of my favorite new spots. Delicious cheese, wine, chocolate and coffee what more could you ask for! I hope this place does well as Victoria is knowledgeable about all her products and you can tell she has really put a lot of heart into the place.

I met a friend at the new place located in the old Ben and Jerry's building for breakfst and coffee. The new place is called Victoria's Coffee and Wine Bar and is a very pleasant little restaurant. Great location, and Victoria is very friendly. It took forever to get my coffee, but my breakfast sandwich and coffee were delicious.
