Quality of food and service are as good or better than any dining establishment in the valley. A great addition to the Aspen experience.

I've dined a few nights in the Casa Tua Aspen when in town skiing, including last weekend when they closed for the season (will reopen in summer). They were setting up for a magazine shoot the waiter told me (Esquire I think?); The atmosphere & clientele is very international but also it feels intimate enough. The club upstairs is beautiful--it's what I'm searching for in a relaxed, elegant, chic apres ski dinner in the Italian Alps but can't usually find. The cuisine overall has been impressive, healthy & not too heavy as some winter menus esp. in the US can be. The chef Andreas Neufeld (sp?) is phenomenal--I look forward to my return in June for hiking, & seeing what changes he makes to the summer menu.

Had dinner middle of the season and for a brand new restaurant Casa Tua knocked it out of the park. The service was precise, and the food was sensational. The atmosphere is exactly what Aspen needs. We had the opportunity to experience the "club" and are sold.

This was a unusual place to eat and it was very uncomfortable when I got my food because there was several waiters and waitress staring at me when I was about to take my first bite. They watched until they seen my reaction to the food. Weird

Food was decent at best. Service again, decent. I had great expectations but was sadly let down. WAY over priced. Extremely pretentious surroundings as well as the management. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone with all the wonderful choices in Aspen. Do yourself a fovor and skip it!
