Chocolate Lover!

Gena Hawkins is an artist, mother, and an entrepreneur. She lives in Carbondale Colorado where she recently launched, TheBreakUpShop.com. Her new website is the place to visit if you have recently ended a relationship or looking for a unique present! After a divorce, Gena realized that there are a few items that every woman needs, and she decided to create the venue where you could get them all.

A breakup would be inconsolable without chocolate and Gena has an entire page devoted to chocolate. Gena was kind enough to let me sample a few of her exotic chocolates. These organic exotic chocolates cannot be found in your local supermarket.

The first piece I tried was the Gogi Bar, which this highly anti-oxidizing berry in it.  This milk chocolate bar had hints of raspberry, plum and currant.  It was surprisingly delicious! I usually prefer my chocolate pure, but I could eat a couple more of these bars! I then tried the Red Fire Bar, which has Mexican ancho & chipotle chillies. At first I didn’t think the chocolate was spicy and then the warming sensation took over my taste buds.  I found it exciting and a new twist on chocolate!

I didn’t try the chocolate lover, which is in the shape of a handsome man with a rose, but I can image how good he tastes! There is also the Barcelona Bar, Vosges Caramels, and a Cocoa Sampler, to name a few.
