The restaurant stroll allows you to sample many cuisines, chefs, and atmospheres. The key in this strategy is bar seating and bar menus. You can pick and choose to sit at bar tables in many of the finest Aspen restaurants without reservations. Early evening starts and weekday nights shorten the wait for tables or bar stools.
