La Palapa

The Blue Maize/Buenos Aires space above Zane’s and Little Ollie’s is transformed again, but stays South of the Border. With La Palapa the owner of Zane’s is bringing more Mexican flavor from the Snowmass restaurant into Aspen as well as expanding the menu with traditional mexican fare. We are looking forward to having a Margarita as we fight back memories of Blue Maize.

The true definition of “La Palapa” is a structure, such as a bar or restaurant in a tropical resort, that is open-sided and thatched with palm leaves. So they just have to bust through one wall and patch an awning together form palm leaves and we will be all set.

Beunos Suerte!
