5th annual Snowmass Oktoberfest presented by Beck's Beer saturday september 5th. Festival includes authentic German Beer, brat-eating contest at 1 p.m., live music by traditional German band Alpine Echo from noon-1 and 2-3 p.m. and Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue from 4-5:30 p.m., beirgartens, street performers, kids' crafts and more. noon-6 p.m. on the Snowmass Mall. 800-SNOWMASS.

Description
Oktoberfest presented by St. Mary's Catholic Church Sunday Oct. 7th. Event includes traditional Bavarian music by the Oberlohr Brothers Band, brats and hot dogs, homemade German potato sald, sauerkraut, apple strudel, beer, wine and soft drinks. Noon-5 p.m. on the ground adjacent to the church between Galena and Hunter streets.

Hosted by the town of Snowmass Village. Friday: Winemakers Dinner featuring a four course gourmet dinner with Penfolds Australian Wine Pairings. 6:30 p.m. at the Artidan at the Stonebridge Inn. Cost $125 per person, RSVP required. Saturday: wine tastings featuring 200 wines to sample, a silent austion, food, and music by Bobby Mason and Friends. 12:30-4:30 p.m. on the Snowmass Village Mall. |
