I feel that if a restaurant improves its cuisine it should be recognized...thus I am writing to say that I went back in and tried the salad and this time the lettuce was crisp and the rest of the salad was good. I hope this is the case next time. Thank you for improving the quality of your food.

Be careful when ordering the salads at Grub. Three of the last four salads I have purchased from Grub have had slimy lettuce with black spots. (content removed*)on the Alpine Chicken Salad on each occasion. Additionally, you will get an extra surprise, on two occasions the chicken in the Alpine Chicken Salad has been replaced by tuna fish, mmmmmm. I guess the "chefs" are so busy that they forget the proper ingredients. You may ask, "why does this guy keep buying these salads?" The answer is that it is the only place open early in the morning and for Aspen, it is one of the few affordable options. *unsubstantiated claims removed
