THE EDGE RESTAURANT AND BAR
The Edge Restaurant and Bar at the Timberline Condominiums is open for dinner nightly beginning at 5:00pm. Chef Jason DeBacker has created an alpine inspired cuisine featuring classic cheese fondue, homemade sausage, salads, soups and other alpine dishes. The Edge's menu has gluten free and vegetarian options. Enjoy the signature cocktails, out the outdoor deck or indoors in a perfect Colorado setting.
