The all-new Ullrhof reopens December 5, 2026, after a ground-up rebuild at the base of the Big Burn lift. Aspen Snowmass’s first all-electric on-mountain restaurant more than doubles the seating and brings four concepts under one roof: the Food Hall (burgers, fries, salads and shakes), Ullrbar (gastropub fare, cocktails, beer and wine on the new upper level), Ullrgrill (dogs, brats and hot doughnuts, weather permitting) and Ullrmarket (coffee, pastries and grab-and-go lunches). Ski right to the door from Lunch Line or Max Park.
