Dante at The Chefs Club pops up for the summer of 2021 at the St. Regis in Aspen, Colorado.

"Dante at The Snow Lodge will feature heated outdoor dining for breakfast and lunch with blankets and fire pits. Dinner will be offered indoors, exclusively for private dining groups. 

The Morning Revival (8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.) menu will feature House-Made Banana Bread, Harvest Green Bowls, Avocado Toast and more, along with a beverage menu featuring non-alcoholic drinks such as Dante's Signature Espresso and Fresh Juice, and cocktails like their Rose Sparkling Negroni, Michelada, Pear Bellini and more. 

The Lunch & Go (12:00 - 4:00 p.m.) menu will feature fresh antipasti plates such as flatbreads and burrata, as well as mains including pastas, Dante's Signature Burger and more.

For drinks, their “Après - tivo” Hour (1:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. seatings) will feature an Aprestivo” menu of Dante’s famous aperitivo like their All Day Bloody Mary, Aperol Spritz, Spicy Fresca and more, alongside a dedicated menu of hot cocktails, including their Hot Smoked Toddy, Chartreuse Hot Chocolate and more.   

The Dinner (5:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. seatings) menu will offer a choice of either a $75 prix fixe menu or $85 premium prix fixe menu, featuring dishes such as Roasted Branzino, Chicken Parmigiano and more.   

Bottled Cocktails will be available all day for take-out and delivery, featuring Dante classics such as the Dante Martini and Negroni, as well as seasonal cocktails like their Christmas 2020 and Toffee Apple Manhattan. They will be available in 8oz (two drinks) for $35 each or a mixed six-pack for $195 and 750ml (8 drinks) for $98 each or a mixed six-pack for $540. Additionally, they will offer their “Bring Dante Home” Party Packs, which allow consumers to recreate the Dante “Ritual of Drinking” in the comfort of their homes. Each pack, which includes either a set of bottled cocktails or ingredients to make your own Dante cocktails, is accompanied by Dante’s coasters, postcards, matches, ice cube trays and Dante’s signature Spotify playlists.

New York City-based Dante will be serving their award-winning cocktails at The Snow Lodge, a sister property of Montauk’s iconic Surf Lodge, located in Aspen. Dante will take over the space for a season-long stint opening on December 19th and operate as “Dante at The Snow Lodge,” catering to the après-ski clientele from its prime location at the base of Aspen Mountain. The Snow Lodge had to put their original plans on hold for the 2020-2021 season due to COVID-19 considerations. Rather than leaving the property vacant, and with the best interest of the Aspen community at hand, they found the perfect partner in Dante, whose beloved drink and culinary offerings are better suited for take-out and delivery friendly.   

Dante, which was lauded as 2019’s #1 World’s Best Bar by World’s 50 Best, is known for its creative cocktails and European-inspired fare at its two locations in NYC’s Greenwich Village and West Village. The team successfully navigated COVID-19 in the (then) hardest-hit city, innovating overnight to adapt to new safety standards and expand their offerings beyond the four walls of their establishments, which included the launch of their tech-savvy app, extensive bottled cocktail program, expanded delivery, socially-distanced outdoor dining and more.

In accordance with local government regulations and CDC guidelines, Dante at The Snow Lodge will operate at a limited capacity, adhering to their extensive COVID-19 safety precautions and strict protocols. The Snow Lodge is committed to Aspen long-term and plans to reopen and resume regular operations in December 2021.
