Mawita offers private cooking classes for small groups with James Beard nominated Chef Mawa McQueen. Each cooking class focuses on creating a different Latin dish, from salsas to arepas to tapas, and includes the recipes, lunch and two drinks. Calling all Roaring Fork Valley workers! Gather with us at Mawita every Monday this winter for Industry Hours from 3-7pm.
Industry Hours gives those working in the Roaring Fork Valley a time and place to gather with their community, enjoy innovative food and drink and relax during one of the busiest seasons in the local tourism industry.
At Industry Hours you can enjoy a complimentary alcoholic beverage (for those 21+ with proper ID), free chips and salsa, free S. Pellegrino drinks, $5 tacos, $5 beer and live music by DJ Joeli.
