LoLa 41 plans to open in Aspen, Colorado with the opening of The White Elephant Hotel in Aspen.

Upping the ante in Aspen will be a hidden speakeasy for inspired libations. Infuenced by countries and regions on the 41st parallel, the global menu focuses on seafood, with Mediterranean and Asian inspiration. innovative cocktails served against a laid-back but chic setting. 

"LoLa" stands for Longitude-Latitude, and our menu reflects a curated journey through the flavors of the world — from Japan to Portugal, Spain, and beyond. Our restaurants are known for their refined ambiance, innovative sushi, and Asian specialties, all delivered with an exceptional standard of hospitality. The Aspen location will feature, 42 seats in the bar and dining room, 60 seats on a fully climatized outdoor patio, 12 seats in a lower-level speakeasy/private dining room.
