I think they're great. Good burgers but healthy options too so there is something for everyone. It's nice to grab something easy and eat outside on the pedestrian mall.

We've been here once prior to this visit and both times, the food was great. The Rolladillas are a little spicy and really cheesy and delish. The bison burger was cooked perfectly both times, and the fries are great too. Staff is friendly and our meal was served up quickly at a great price.

I eat here maybe once a week, and the burgers are tasty, big and the staff is always pleasant. If you get the "bagger" it comes with a drink and fries at a discount. Perhaps it isn't shown on the menu very well but that's the best deal. Getting a complete lunch in Aspen for around $10-12 bucks is hard to do, but these guys make it happen. My wife is a big fan of the kale salad. Generally the "burger of the day" has tasty/interesting flavors and is a good value. (Psst...bring back the Aussie/Kiwi burger more often) 520 has the best fries in town, hand cut and just the right seasoning and size. They can sometimes be a little inconsistent but this is because they are made fresh and the starch content can vary, but they are better than frozen/pre-made any day.

While skiing the other day, instead of dining on-mountain on Ajax, we decided to grab something from downtown Aspen to eat at the base of Aspen's Gondola. As it was Sunday and many usual places were closed, we choose 520 Grill. I had the Southwest Mixed Greens salad ($7.45). My boyfriend had the Rolladilla ($6.95), and our friend had the Veg Head pita ($6.95). The salad was okay but wasn't something I'd order again. The Rolladilla was a favorite with a nice chipotle bbq sauce. The Veg Head was a nice mix of grilled veggies stuffed into a pita. We also shared an order of sweet potatoes fries ($2.75), very healthy sized portion and tasty. Getting our order was surprisingly a bit slow as it seemed we were the only ones waiting. With a fountain drink the total bill was ($28.45), just about $10 a person, and that's cheap eats in Aspen. Although we didn't have any burgers (which they are known for), as we wanted the lighter side of things, the food was good overall.

The Chicken Achiote is off the hook, don't miss it. The bacon infused burgers are seriously great too!

There are very few foods I do not like but hot dogs are one of my favorites, unfortunately they are rarely on my diet. 520 has a great turkey dog. Two of us split a 2 dog basket with fresh cut fries and a drink. I will definitely return again.

Ok, I have ate at 520 grill a 3 times. Its good but, there is no constinency on there burgers. Each time was different temp (rare, med and Well). The burgers are good but pricy. $8 for a bacon burger is a bit much with no side. However the sides are dirt cheap. So i guess it balances out. Seems the girl cashier doesn't want to wait on customers but the owners care and work hard. The place is always super clean and that is very important to me. overall the price and value are unbeatable. Best homemade fries i ever ate!

All and all I would not recommend 520 grill to anyone. After a very unpleasant greeting I was rushed to order and quickly decided on the pulled pork sandwich... After the first and ONLY bite that I took I discovered a lovely little black hair atop the coleslaw... which was actually tasty compared to the soggy bun and pork. In order to market the "pig out" a little better- maybe it should be called "a sad excuse for a chilli dog... without the dog?!?" My friend ordered a cheeseburger which is probably the best item on the chaotic menu and it was mediocre at best! Lastly, I am not a food snob by any means.. but today at 520 was one of the worst experiences I've had eating anywhere in the valley.

I tried the veg-head, it was ok for the price. But beware when they ask you what fries you want that costs extra! I didn't figure that out until I looked at my receipt.

Went to 520 for a tuna pita with the 520 sauce, cole slaw, avocado. Great flavors, great value, great vibe with reggae playing, cool plaza with fun boutiques surrounding the grill. Recommend taking friends, family, kids along.

Went to 520 for the first time and I was very pleased. The cheeseburger was delicious! It has a special sauce on it that kicks it up a notch and their sweet potato fries were better than the ones at Little Annies. Actually I'm gonna go there again for lunch today. P.S. A local owns and operates 520 Grill so that is a bonus.

Awesome! Finally a new lunch option for locals. I $7 on the Bison burger with homemade fries and was full all day.
