The Crepe Shack by local chef and restauranteur Mawa McQueen opens a location in downtown Aspen.   Will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner offering coffee, espresso,  homemade pastries, macarons, eclairs, quiche, and a number of inventive crepes. Vegan and gluten-free options will be available. There will be some seating and many grab-and-go items.
